I joined the consultancy in October 2004, having previously held marketing positions at Capital Incentives, Gladstone Hotels and Ellesmere Port Boat Museum. My professional experience is in event management, marketing, print production, media campaign planning and advertising.

Emma Callaghan – Marketing & PR Assistant

I am an NUJ qualified journalist and have a BA Hons. in Dramatic Studies. I have over 10 years’ experience in radio and television presenting with companies including Channel 4 and Scottish Television and have worked at the ‘sharp end’ of regional journalism as a reporter for the Wirral Globe newspaper. I joined James Rae Communications in April 2005.

James Rae - Managing Director

I am a marketing and communications consultant with more than 20 years’ experience of working in the social housing and regeneration environments. I was National Communications Manager at England’s largest housing association for nine years and Head of Communications at England’s largest provider of housing and care for a further three years. Prior to this, I worked in commercial advertising and marketing agencies, the music industry and in promoting adult education.
