An employee of repairs and maintenance specialist City Response Ltd has been honoured with a ‘Star Award’ from local housing provider, Guinness Northern Counties.
David Rose from Whitefield, who works as a Void Service Manager on void property repairs and prepares empty properties for re-letting, received his award at a ceremony at the Queen’s Hotel in Leeds.
He was nominated by colleague Carl Graham and Sean Barnett, Guinness Northern Counties’ Senior Maintenance Surveyor, for the outstanding level of support he gives to customers and his conscientious attitude to seeing jobs through from start to finish as quickly as possible.
Carl Graham, Head of Voids at City Response Limited, said: “Dave is passionate about his role and works extremely hard to provide a great service. His friendly approach produces a great working relationship between Guinness Northern Counties and City Response staff and he has a great attitude towards change to improve the service.”
On receiving the award David said: ‘I am really pleased to have received this award and would like to thank Carl and Sean for the nomination. I would also like to thank the board for my generous prize. It’s nice to know the work you do is appreciated’
